I have a love for making sourdough breads and using locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients to make beautiful bakes. My name is Jennifer and I am married to a British classical musician. We have two children - Martina and James who have a love for music and good food!

My Bakery, Sourdough Hub is at Unit 9, Craven Way, Newmarket, CB8 0BW (next to Open Door). 

 

I will be opening the Bakery on the following dates from 9am to 12pm

Preorder and pick up your Christmas Bakes on the 24th of December between 07.30am and 09.00am

Tuesday 24th December preorders only pickup from 07.30am to 09.00am

The bakery will be closed on Saturday 28th of December and Saturday 4th of January 2025
