And it doesn’t stop there. We make our own syrups right here in the bakery, giving our matchas and coffees their own Sourdough Hub touch.

This little cafe is so cute! The treats are delicious and they often have more than one vegan option at a time, my current favorite is the vegan red velvet cake! The matcha is delicious! The sourdough bread pairs perfectly with all homemade dishes and salted butter 😍 we definitely recommend this little gem in Newmarket!

have travelled and I've seen and tasted some An almond croissant around Europe, best one i had was in Toulouse France, Sourdough Hub's croissant beat the one in FR. A sweet, twice-baked An almond croissant definitely best one in Europe for me . I don't have to mention rest of baked goods there all delicious 😋 And no I didn't get free An almond croissant to wrote this review. Ps.Amazing Coffee.

Been meaning to pop in here for a while and I’m so glad I did today. Lovely set up for the shop/cafe. Popped in for some sourdough and it did not disappoint! Very well priced when you compare to what you get from a supermarket so great value for money. The Staff were so welcoming when you walked through the door with all three saying hello and conversing.
Highly regretting not getting a pastry and coffee now as they looked absolutely divine. Will certainly be back, what an absolute addition for the high street and I hope the business has every success.

"I popped inside today for a quick drink and couldn’t be resisted to try the salmon and avocado toastie. It was absolutely delicious. You could absolutely tell the sesame seed toast was homemade with its crunchy yet tender textures. The iced strawberry matcha was equally as incredible- freshly made matcha that perfectly balanced the sweet strawberry flavours with the earthy matcha. But what made the experience was the incredible lady who served me- who I believe was the owner. Her friendly and welcoming nature under pressure was admirable. I will 100% be returning."
